1. Who we are

Memora Jewelry ("we", "us") creates personalized jewelry and operates the website memorajewelry.eu. For any privacy question or request, contact us through the contact page.

2. Information we collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping address and payment details, collected and processed by our store platform (Shopify) when you place an order. We never see or store your full payment card number.
• Personalization details — the names, dates, coordinates, engraved text and photos you upload so we can engrave your piece. Photos are stored securely and used only to produce your order.
• Usage data — pages visited and interactions with the site, as described in section 4.

3. How we use your information

• To produce, personalize, ship and support your order.
• To send order updates by email.
• To measure and improve how the site performs, and — where permitted — to show and measure our advertising.

4. Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel)

This website uses the Meta Pixel, an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you visit the site, the Meta Pixel collects information about your visit (pages viewed, actions taken such as adding an item to the cart) and your device information. This data is shared with Meta and is used to measure the performance of our ads and, where permitted, to show you Memora Jewelry ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Visitors from regions where the law requires consent for advertising measurement (for example the EU/UK) have the Meta Pixel disabled: their visits are not measured for advertising purposes. Visitors from other regions are measured, and can opt out of Meta's use of this data at any time through your Facebook ad preferences or the industry opt-out page.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the store and cart to work, and — after consent where required — cookies used for advertising measurement. Your choice is stored and can be withdrawn at any time with immediate effect.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: Shopify (store, checkout and orders), Meta Platforms, Inc. (advertising measurement, as described in section 4), our email provider (order updates), and our payment processors. We never sell your personal information.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and warranty purposes. Photos and engraving files are kept only as long as needed to produce and support your order.
